NTA JEE MAIN Sessions I (January 2025) Apply

The NTA JEE Main 2025 is a highly competitive national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate engineering programs (B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Planning) at prestigious institutions like NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs, and it also serves as a qualifying exam for the JEE Advanced, required for admission to the IITs. Held twice a year, typically in January and April, the exam comprises two papers: Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) and Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning). Paper 1 assesses candidates on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, while Paper 2 focuses on Mathematics, Aptitude, and Drawing/Planning skills. The test is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, with multiple-choice and numerical questions. To be eligible, candidates must have completed or be appearing for their 12th-grade exams with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The NTA follows a normalized scoring system to calculate percentile ranks, which are used for admissions and ranking. With millions of aspirants each year, the JEE Main 2025 is regarded as a gateway to some of India’s top engineering colleges.

Age Limit for Session I Exam

No Age Limit in NTA JEEMAIN Session I January 2025. Candidates Passed 10+2 Intermediate Exam in 2023, 2024 can appeared in 2025.

To fill the JEE Main Application Form 2025, follow these steps carefully:

1. Visit the Official Website

• Go to the NTA JEE Main portal: https://jeemain.nta.nic.in.

2. Register for JEE Main 2025

• Click on the “New Registration” link.
• Read the instructions and information bulletin carefully.
• Provide the required details like name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, and create a strong password.

3. Fill the Application Form

• Log in using the registration credentials.
• Complete the form by entering personal details, educational qualifications, exam preferences (session, exam center, medium of the paper), and any applicable category or disability information.

4. Upload Required Documents

• Upload scanned copies of the following:
  • Passport-sized photograph (recent, in JPG format, size 10KB–200KB, with name and date mentioned).
  • Signature (JPG format, size 4KB–30KB).
  • Category certificate (if applicable, in PDF format, size up to 300KB).
  • PwD certificate (if applicable, in PDF format, size up to 300KB).

5. Pay the Application Fee

• Proceed to the payment section and pay the required fee online through credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
• The fee amount varies based on category, gender, and number of sessions chosen.

6. Download the Confirmation Page

• After successful payment, download the confirmation page as proof of application submission.
• Keep a printed copy for future reference.

7. Check for Updates

• Regularly visit the JEE Main website for updates regarding the admit card, exam date, and other notifications.
